For some, they feel it’s an obligation to show up while others are paralyzed by what to say and sometimes take hours or even days to formulate the “right” message :(

Why is market research so important?
Here’s the deal, when you show up on social media with posts about how your day was, how you’re feeling, a cool quote you found, a snapshot of your buddha bowl, a picture of your dog -- you simply won’t stand out as a yoga teacher that students want to invest in.
Why?
Because it's all about you (ouch!)
Let me explain...
Think of it this way, if you post *SOLUTIONS* for an ideal group a people, you start to stand out instantly as the go-to yoga teacher that people want to follow.
Example:
Meet Susie. Susie is a yoga teacher who specializes in teaching yoga to women in busy 9-5 jobs.
Susie’s Market Research:
Susie can go look inside FB groups, search IG hashtags, LinkedIn (again, think 9-5 business babes...), and find *exactly* what her ideal student is struggling with just from reading the content inside these communities.
What Susie Finds:
Her ideal student is struggling with their emotions during the day and often feels anxious, stressed, and overwhelmed. Her ideal 9-5 corporate hustling student is looking for ways to connect back to themselves to find peace and tranquility at the end of a long day.
The Solution:
Susie can now generate 30+ days of *SOLUTIONS* from the market research data she found above ^^ She can write posts around Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga techniques, meditation, calming rituals, etc... all while positioning herself to land a new high-end private client.
There you have it, it's not difficult to create posts when it's all about offering your idea student *SOLUTIONS*!
